The hotel offers very spacious and extremely clean rooms that are warm and comfortable. The service provided by the staff is top-notch with their friendly and helpful attitude. The location is perfect for those attending events at the first direct arena, though a bit distant from other attractions. The dining experience is excellent, offering great value for the money. However, the claim of being just outside the city centre was misleading.
The hotel is located in a quiet area despite being close to the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a TV and hot drink facilities. The service was lacking friendliness, giving the impression of interrupting the staff. The dining was decent, meeting our requirements at a reasonable price. The industrial location and being on a stag do are drawbacks to consider.
The hotel offers clean rooms with modern en-suite bathrooms and an excellent power-shower. I found the unique room door-locks intriguing, and the small TV added a nice touch to the room. The service was accommodating and even allowed extended parking after check-out, going above and beyond to return a forgotten phone charger. While the location is a bit isolated and industrial, it's manageable with a car or the reliable bus service on Hunslet Road. The dining experience was surprisingly good for its value, especially the freshly cooked full English breakfast. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with great service and dining options.
