The Ropemaker - A Heartwood Inn Emsworth, Emsworth

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice overall, but the ventilation system caused some noise and inconvenience, especially with kitchen fumes. Additionally, the bathroom lacked adequate privacy. The service was impressive with attentive staff, although there were some hiccups with dinner reservations. The location, though marred by nearby roadworks, still offered good value and decent amenities. The dining experience was a hit and miss with exceptional food quality but occasional mishaps. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The housekeeping was impeccable, and the welcome drinks were a nice touch. The location was fantastic, within close proximity to the lovely town of Chichester and easy to reach other nearby areas. The dining experience was also very good, with freshly cooked meals to order. Overall, a relaxing and pleasant stay.
